PositionaL candidate Analysis Display (PLAD)

PLAD is a prototype data analysis resource that integrates known and predicted genes on the mouse genome with SNP information and functional annotation about the genes.

The mouse genes are from Build 30 of the mouse genome from NCBI.

The SNP data are from Build 116 of dbSNP and were obtained from the Mouse Phenome Database (MPD) at TJL
